  • Everyone’s journey is different depending on you, your current situation and what you want to achieve, so we will discuss the best programme for you on our discovery call. As a rule of thumb, 3 sessions will give you an idea of the potential, 6 sessions will usually help you to achieve tangible results and 10-12 sessions will support you through major change or to embed your new mindset and continue to grow.

  • The frequency depends on what works best for you. Having time to reflect or carry out any actions you set yourself between sessions is an important part of your journey - and everybody’s transformation is different. I'd always recommend a minimum of 1 week between sessions, and trust that you will know how much time you'll need.

  • A one hour to 90 minute structured conversation, designed to work both as stand alone sessions to deal with real-time issues, and as part of a programme, comprising a series of sessions to achieve one big goal.

Each session provides a confidential, safe space where we will work in partnership to explore your thinking. You will be listened to, questioned, challenged and stretched on a journey of prompted self-discovery.

Each session is structured as 3 parts:

    1. Beginning

We will start by clarifying your desired outcome and how we will know if we’ve been successful.

    2. Middle

We’ll dig deep to uncover what’s preventing you from moving forward. Challenging your assumptions, beliefs, values and attitudes to free you from conditioned thought and enable new insights and perspectives to flow in.

    3. End

You will crystallise your new insights and set a commitment to action that moves you toward your goals.

  • By working together to give you greater self-understanding and a clearer view of what you really want.

You will identify your true goals, become confident about the difference you want to make and the legacy you want to leave. Along the way you’ll discover your authentic purpose, aligned to your strengths and talents.

We will bring conscious awareness to the choices you make in all situations you encounter, so you may take responsibility and in doing so find freedom in how you choose to respond.

These choices determine your experience of life. Ultimately enabling you to create the kind of life you are happy to live.

You will remove any blocks that you feel are preventing you from moving forward to becoming your greatest self.

  • Agreeing and reviewing outcomes

Before we begin we will meet to discuss what you want to achieve and what is bringing you to coaching now. If you are being sponsored, we may conduct this initial meeting as a tri-party session, to ensure there is alignment.

We can discuss your desired outcomes from a personal perspective, in your role and in the context of your team and wider business. This will become our guiding framework.

It is important to note that although a sponsor may be included in this initial discussion, I operate within the ICF code of ethics and the content of our coaching sessions will remain 100% confidential.

We will regroup at the end of the programme to discuss progress against our initial objectives.

    Personal benchmarking

Many clients are invited to complete a confidential purpose questionnaire at the outset of their coaching programme. This is a precious opportunity for you to consider where you currently are and where you want to be.

It will also serve as a great personal benchmark against which to measure your growth and success.

Additionally each session is structured as 3 parts:

  • Coaching is an investment in yourself. Embracing this opportunity will help to unlock your infinite potential.

Everyone’s goals and transformation are different, however to get the most value from coaching the same principles apply to everyone:

    1. Allow yourself to be vulnerable, open and honest.
Mutual trust is the bedrock of a successful partnership, allowing us to get to the root of your challenges together.

    2. Be open to being stretched and having your thinking challenged.
This will push you out of your comfort zone and force you to see other possibilities.

    3. Journal between sessions.
Journaling is a powerful self-reflection tool. Reviewing your journal before each session will help you spot triggers and patterns and focus on your intentions.

    4. Come prepared.
Make the most of our time together by arriving at each session with a specific goal or area of focus.

    5. Put in the effort to reap the rewards.
Be accountable for any actions you set, get interested in other resources, journal, think, talk, walk. Generally immerse yourself in your personal development and expect positive change.

  • Geographical boundaries no longer matter- so the answer is anywhere - by Zoom, Teams, Blue Jeans or any other VC platform of your choice.

  • As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I operate under the The ICF Code of Ethics, maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality with all parties and complying with all applicable laws around personal data and communications.

Confidentiality refers to the protection of any information obtained around the coaching engagement unless consent to release is given.

Confidentiality is only one part of the code, but understandably a very pertinent one for clients. You can learn more about the ICF Code of Ethics that I adhere to here: https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics
