I discovered coaching and self reflective practices when I took time out from my own relentless schedule. It was a total awakening, in which I found the joy of living in alignment - by incorporating my strengths, values and passions into all aspects of my life and work.

Prior to coaching I spent 21 years working my way through the ranks in advertising and brand agencies. I’ve partnered with hundreds of businesses and led, managed and mentored teams.

I’ve been a trusted adviser to FTSE 250 companies, private businesses and public sector organisations, helping define and communicate their narrative, proposition, purpose and values. I have experienced and witnessed both the opportunities and challenges that leaders face daily.
